Role Overview:
We're seeking a qualified Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Vermont- Canterbury Road North. As an Educator, you'll play a vital role in crafting and enhancing exceptional learning programs for our children. Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement high-quality learning programs that meet the needs of our children
- Work collaboratively with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to achieve educational goals
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment that promotes children's physical, emotional, and social development
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and supportive community

Requirements:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Victoria Working with Children Check
