Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent portion control and food presentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.
• Assist in food preparation and mise en place for daily service.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout your shift.
• Assist in monitoring stock levels and communicating any supply needs to the kitchen team.
• Participate in basic kitchen tasks such as cleaning, washing dishes, and organizing kitchen equipment as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Culinary Specialist in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in a cafe or restaurant.
• Strong understanding of kitchen safety, cleanliness, and food hygiene standards.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency in food preparation.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and efficient.
• Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and early mornings as required.
Remuneration:
• Paid weekly as per award rate.
