Job Summary:
Programmed is seeking an experienced Administration/Storeperson to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales data, and performing administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving sales queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage sales data, including data entry, invoicing, and purchasing.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and provide a positive customer experience.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services to provide informed advice to customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
