The Visual Merchandising Specialist will be responsible for executing the company's global visual merchandising direction in the Sydney Brand Centre, including implementing seasonal changes and maintaining the store's overall aesthetic. They will work closely with the store team to ensure that all visual elements are consistent with the brand's image and messaging.

In addition to their visual merchandising skills, the successful candidate will also need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as they will be working with various stakeholders, including store staff, suppliers, and customers. They must be able to build effective relationships and maintain high standards of performance.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working as a visual merchandiser in a customer and commercial-focused branded retail environment. They should have a strong understanding of store KPIs and be able to make commercial decisions based on sound financial judgment. Proficiency in MS Office, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel is also essential.
