About the Role

  • Work collaboratively with midwives to provide administrative support and achieve performance objectives in staffing, human resources, and information management.
  • Project a professional image for midwifery services when dealing with sensitive issues.
  • Perform general administration tasks, including typing, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, filing documents, and photocopying/scanning.
  • Collate and coordinate information for reports, including performance reporting and asset management/maintenance registers.

Requirements

  • A valid motor vehicle licence.
  • Pre-employment screening will be conducted for the successful applicant, including criminal history checks.
  • A probationary period may apply.
