**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Advisor to join our team in Coffs Harbour, NSW. As a Training Advisor, you will provide flexible and practical training services to students through the delivery of accredited and non-accredited training, coaching, and mentoring.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Delivering high-quality training sessions that cater to individual student needs.
  • Assessing student skills and abilities to tailor the training offering.
  • Maintaining accurate records and meeting set milestones.

**Requirements:**

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment – TAE40116 or equivalent.
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Individual Support.
  • A minimum of 2 years' industry experience.
  • A current Driver's Licence.
  • A recent, clear National Police Check.
  • A current NSW Working With Children Check.

**What We Offer:**

  • A competitive salary ranging from **$65,000 - $85,000 per annum**.
