Payroll Manager Position Available

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Payroll Lead to join our team.
As a Payroll Lead, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day payroll function, including projects impacting the payroll function across the business.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Managing and preparing weekly and fortnightly payrolls;
- Processing payroll journals and recognition of service fee revenue;
- Reconciling and lodging superannuation and statutory obligations;
- Reconciling payrolls on a monthly and rolling YTD basis;
- Maintaining and updating payroll systems and tools;
- Reviewing payroll processes for operational excellence.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience as a Payroll Team Lead, preferably in a Contractor Payroll environment;
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Strong knowledge of Modern Awards;
- Experience with Navision and Astute Payroll (desirable);
- Exceptional time management skills and a 'can do' attitude;
- The right attitude, passion, drive, and enthusiasm to achieve.
