Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale digital projects with multiple stakeholders.

This role requires strong leadership skills, expertise in Agile methodologies, and experience in coaching teams to adopt and improve Agile ways of working.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing diverse teams, including local and global offices, and remote workers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage large-scale digital projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives
  • Coach and mentor junior project managers
  • Conduct regular project status updates and reports
Requirements
  • Minimum 10+ years of Project Management experience in a digital environment
  • Expertise in digital/software delivery projects, particularly in the mobile, web and CCaaS space
  • Strong grasp of Agile methodologies with hands-on experience in digital projects
  • Experience in coaching teams to adopt and improve Agile ways of working
  • Experience in product management and development and delivery of product roadmaps
  • Proven success in managing diverse teams, including local and global offices, and remote workers
