Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a dedicated Podiatrist to become part of a growing aged care and disability service organization in western Melbourne.

In this role, you will provide clinical care within the community for clients utilizing funding through Home Care Packages and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme. Your responsibilities will include delivering client-centered podiatric services and conducting thorough assessments for a varied caseload. You will implement evidence-based practices to develop rehabilitation programs and substantiate your treatment methodologies. Collaboration with fellow allied health professionals, care coordinators, and facility managers will be essential, as well as participation in educational initiatives.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity.

Candidate Profile:
We are seeking individuals who possess:

  • A relevant qualification in Podiatry
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Experience in community podiatry and/or aged care is preferred but not mandatory
  • A strong commitment to delivering high-quality services
  • Excellent communication and report writing abilities
  • Capability to work independently
  • Knowledge of community aged care programs is highly regarded
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
  • Eligibility to work permanently in Australia
