Auswide Bank is seeking a skilled Lending Analyst to join its Brisbane-based Loan Origination Services Team. As a key member of the team, you will provide customer-centric support between the Bank and its Loan Brokers, ensuring a seamless and efficient lending process.
Key Responsibilities:- Support broker-referred mortgage applications through the end-to-end lending process, ensuring timely and efficient outcomes.
- Assess and verify supporting financial documentation, including income, employment verification, credit checks, and order valuations.
- Assist with inquiries from Brokers and BRMs regarding application and credit structuring.
- Manage your own workflow of files moving through the Loan Origination Service process, monitoring processes and internal/external stakeholder workflow of loan applications.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience in consumer lending is desirable but not essential. We will provide training and support to ensure your success in this role.
As a Lending Analyst, you will have the opportunity to gain knowledge of the Bank's Credit Policy procedures and policy for Consumer Mortgage Lending. You will also be part of a dynamic team that values customer service and quality products.
