Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled and organized professional to support our sales and inventory management processes. As a key member of our sales and warehouse teams, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and prompt order fulfillment, contributing to achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with inventory control, including receiving, storing, and stocking merchandise.
  • Cash handling and processing payments and returns.
  • Support sales activities, up-selling or cross-selling products to customers.
  • Stocking, merchandising, and maintaining the store's overall cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist in training new employees and supporting other departments as necessary.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting them in finding products, answering questions about merchandise, and handling any complaints or issues they may have.
