Located at the University of Wollongong's Innovation Campus, this full-time appointment offers a dynamic and collaborative environment.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Research Assistant, supporting the Australasian Health Outcomes Consortium. As part of this role, you will collaborate with the Department of Health and Aged Care's multi-agency project, National Palliative Care Coordination (NPCC).

The NPCC aims to enhance coordination between primary care and palliative care by:

  • Improving recognition of palliative care needs;
  • Ensuring accurate and timely referrals to specialist palliative care services;
  • Identifying barriers to primary palliative care.

This position requires strong research skills, experience working in a research-related team, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, experience within the higher education and/or healthcare sectors in Australia is highly regarded.

What We Offer:
