Job Overview:

About the Ideal Candidate:
  • Relevant experience in mental health or community services with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for recovery-oriented practice.
  • Minimum Certificate IV in Mental Health or Community Services or working towards this qualification.
  • Ability to engage with clients, share your story, and collaborate with team members.
  • Experience or desire to learn about recovery-oriented approaches.
  • Capacity to maintain professional boundaries and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
