We are seeking an experienced Diagnostic Ultrasound Specialist to join our Medical Imaging team at Northeast Health Wangaratta.
About the RoleThis is a full-time, temporary position with 80 hours per fortnight. The successful candidate will provide professional and efficient imaging services to patients and clients of NHW and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities- Perform various imaging examinations according to Medical Imaging Department protocols.
- Maintain accurate diagnostic decisions and participate in open discussions with radiologists and other sonographers.
- Ensure efficient workflow and optimize patient care.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and expertise in specific areas of ultrasound and be able to establish collaborative working relationships with radiologists, medical and nursing staff, and administration staff.
