Job Opportunity: Experienced Lawyer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced lawyer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to work on complex employment law cases.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, with experience in transactional/corporate support employment work or work health and safety (WHS). They will be a team player, willing to support and mentor junior members of the team, and possess excellent analytical and drafting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on a variety of employment law cases, including industrial relations and discrimination
  • Provide advice and support to clients on employment law matters
  • Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to complex legal problems
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of post-qualification experience in employment law
  • Strong analytical and drafting skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative
