Accurate project cost, schedule, and performance insights are essential for successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain up-to-date project schedules in Primavera P6
  • Support cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts
  • Monitor cost and schedule performance; identify variances
  • Report on earned value management (EVM) metrics
  • Collaborate with project and finance teams
  • Prepare progress reports and dashboards
  • Participate in risk assessments and mitigation planning

To succeed in this role, you will have a strong background in project controls and the technical expertise to deliver accurate, timely insights. You'll be able to combine analytical capability with clear communication to support successful project outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field such as construction management or engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in project controls
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Excel
  • Familiarity with EVM and critical path analysis
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Eligibility for Baseline or NV1 clearance – Must be an Australian Citizen
