Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader to head our Yuulong Campus. As the Head of Campus, you will be responsible for driving the overall vision and leadership of the campus, ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational programs and fostering a culture of excellence.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience in outdoor education and a proven track record of delivering results. They will be able to provide clear direction and guidance to staff, students, and parents, while also being approachable and empathetic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the campus team to deliver high-quality educational programs and services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes and engagement.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive campus culture that promotes respect, empathy, and understanding.
  • Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A relevant qualification in teaching, outdoor education, or wellbeing.
  • Proven leadership experience in outdoor education, with strong risk assessment capabilities.
  • Knowledge of Child Safe Standards and a demonstrated commitment to upholding them.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, students, and parents.
  • A strong understanding of child development and learning principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
