About the Role:

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving growth and developing key strategies across Australia and New Zealand, focusing on delivering exceptional brand and customer experiences that lead to increased sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and product promotion.
  • Collaborate with the ANZ team to align company strategies with retail space requirements.
  • Analyze data from key campaigns to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with retail partners and consumers to increase brand mindshare.
  • Lead product launches and ensure visibility across all platforms.
  • Manage budgets and utilize tools to enhance visibility, optimize search, and increase conversion rates.
  • Develop and implement timely content and activities to achieve business targets and support sales.
  • Manage agencies, including briefs, budgets, and execution.
  • Manage contracts and negotiations with partners.

About You:

We're looking for a talented marketing professional who can bring a strong understanding of the consumer electronics industry and experience executing marketing campaigns with clear goals and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing within the consumer electronics industry.
  • Demonstrable experience executing marketing campaigns with clear goals and outcomes.
  • Strong knowledge of market/customer needs and good market analytics skills.
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to manage relationships across multiple partners and agencies.
  • A team player with good communication skills and a willingness to initiate and explore new ideas.
