Teaching Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced educator to join our team as an English and History teacher.

The successful applicant will be responsible for teaching English 7-12, English Extension 1 & 2, and History 7 - 10 and History Ancient. They must have the ability to integrate literacy strategies across all stages and demonstrate commitment to enhancing educational outcomes for Aboriginal students and those from diverse backgrounds.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, focusing on teamwork, effective communication and building positive relationships with students, colleagues, parents and the wider school community to improve outcomes for all students.

About Our Campus

We are a comprehensive 7-12 campus located in Western Sydney, sharing our site with Bidwill Public School and Bidwill Preschool. Our campus offers a unique family-oriented community atmosphere and culture, with around 670 students enrolled and approximately 21% identifying as having an Aboriginal background and around 40% from Pasifika cultural backgrounds.

We embed Positive Behaviour for Learning and build our identity on core values of Responsibility, Learning and Respect. This is complemented by Choice Theory as a guiding principle.

  • A highly qualified and experienced teacher who can teach English 7-12, English Extension 1 & 2, and History 7 - 10 and History Ancient.
