Lead Early Childhood Educator

We seek a dedicated and passionate Lead Early Childhood Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young children and contribute to the development of innovative programs.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is required; Master's degree is an asset
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with children aged 0-6 years old
  • Strong knowledge of EYLF & NQS, and ability to implement curriculum according to these frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with families and colleagues
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and lead by example in promoting a positive and inclusive environment

As a Lead Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of educators to achieve collective goals. You will foster a safe and caring environment for children, driving initiatives and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with parents regarding routines, progress, and challenges
  • Assisting with implementing programs and experiences tailored to individual children's needs
  • Maintaining a well-organized physical environment, and contributing to documenting children's skills and interests through reflective practice
