Workshop Supervisor Wanted

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Workshop Supervisor to lead our team of RV Technicians in Hobart.

About the Role

This pivotal role involves overseeing the inspection, repair and maintenance of RV functionalities and managing off-site mechanical servicing of the fleet. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing vehicle turnaround times
  • Ensuring quality maintenance
  • Driving operational excellence

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A valid open manual driver's license
  • Previous experience in staff supervision
  • A mechanical aptitude and motorhome repair experience
  • Willingsness to travel to other Australian branches during the off-season
