We are seeking a Car Park Attendant to join our team at Wilson Parking Australia 1992 Pty Ltd in Cairns. As a customer-focused individual, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients while ensuring the efficient operation of our car parks.
About the RoleThis is a great opportunity to work with a leading parking management company in Australasia. You will have the chance to develop your skills and experience in customer service, conflict resolution, and cash handling.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to clients, responding promptly to their queries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and safety of the car park facilities, reporting any issues or concerns to the management team.
- Operate cash handling equipment and manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in retail environments or other industries where excellent communication skills are essential.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet client needs.
- Eligibility to work in Australia and possession of a full driver's license with excellent driving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Valet experience is preferred but not essential.
- A competitive salary range: AU$45,000 - AU$55,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
