We design, supply and install telecommunications solutions to help our clients keep their workforce safe and manage their most critical assets. Our company is part of the CSE Global Group of Companies, operating in over 20 countries.

Your role in the Innovations team will be to familiarise yourself with our technology and solutions and execute on software development activities for our new and existing customers. You will focus on building bespoke solutions, meeting business needs of clients and achieving high-quality, cost-effective outcomes in line with scope of work and industry standards.

  • Contributing to solution builds, delivering results that meet code requirements and service level agreements.
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge, with a high level of engagement to adopt new software to support development.
  • Software development to applicable standards, compliant to global regulations.
  • Understand and guide project governance.
  • Understand commercial strategy and incorporate initiatives into solutions to achieve meaningful impact with customers.
  • Work with project teams, providing advice and sharing of knowledge to best inform decisions.
About This Role
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
  • Ideal experience in a Software Engineering position.
  • Working knowledge with .NET, MVC, C#, HTML, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, React, Bootstrap, Node.js.
  • Proficient in SQL and/or NoSQL database technologies.
  • Experience integrating multiple platforms via available API and SDKs.
  • MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, able to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving ability and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, as part of a team as well as autonomously in an efficient manner.
  • Passion for all things digital and highly motivated with a willingness to learn.
