Job Opportunity

We seek a highly skilled and experienced nurse to lead emergency clinical research projects and trials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for coordinating emergency clinical research projects.
  • Manage research activities including protocol review, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure participant safety and compliance with clinical trial protocols and ethical standards.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives using clinical data and audit results.
  • Provide education and mentorship to staff on emergency research practices.
Requirements:
  • Must be a registered nurse with at least 3 years post-registration experience.
  • Strong leadership abilities, including communication, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and teamwork.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), NHMRC guidelines, and National Safety and Quality Health Service Standards.
  • Ability to provide education and training to staff, consumers, and stakeholders.
