Restaurant Manager Role

Grill'd is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our hospitality teams in the South West region. As a Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, ensuring high-standard operations, and developing a talented team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Motivate and lead a team to achieve sales growth and engagement
  • Collaborate with Area Managers for rostering, recruitment, stock management, and compliance
  • Support team development through check-ins, performance reviews, and talent pipelines
  • Manage business financials, including profit & loss, budgets, and KPIs
  • Engage with local community groups through our local matters program

Requirements

  • 6+ years of leadership experience in hospitality or entertainment venues
  • Proven expertise in leading high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical skills with budget management and a proven track record of driving sales growth
  • Organizational skills, passion for hospitality, and positive attitude
  • Customer-first approach, empowering your team
