About the Role:



We are seeking Year 10 and 11 students to undertake a School-based Traineeship with Reece Group, where you will work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations.

This position is based at Plumbing Bendigo East and involves working in a Reece branch as well as completing certificate requirements such as workbooks, on-the-job training, and assessments.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Embracing the Reece values, policies, and procedures
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Completing all requirements of the certificate
  • Processing sales and managing stock
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages/orders
  • Communicating effectively with customers and staff
  • Building product knowledge and providing follow-up to customers
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workplace

Students will be required to work approximately one and a half days per week. Saturday availability is a must, and additional hours during school holidays are available and recommended to assist in your progress.
