Job Title:

Team Leader Document Supply

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to oversee the resource sharing environment within a leading academic institution. This is a key role in delivering excellent service and exploring new solutions through collections, open access collections, and other possibilities.

The successful candidate will lead a team of two in exploring and delivering services via Rapido, working closely with Client Services, Collection Access and Discovery teams, researchers, academics, and students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the resource sharing environment
  • Lead a team in exploring and delivering services via Rapido
  • Work closely with internal teams, researchers, and students
Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, be passionate about delivering excellent service, and have a keen interest in exploring new solutions through collections and open access collections.

They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.
