Job Title: Senior Finance Business Partner

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Finance Professional to join our team as a key partner to the Sales & Marketing division.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented individual to contribute to the growth and success of our organization by providing insightful analysis, strategic guidance, and financial expertise.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a FMCG environment. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis to support commercial decision-making
  • Partnering with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement strategic plans
  • Leading the development and implementation of financial models and forecasts
  • Identifying areas for process improvement and implementing change initiatives
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Finance or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a FMCG environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
