Job Title: Mine Surveyor

Are you a detail-oriented professional seeking a new challenge in underground mining? We are looking for an experienced Mine Surveyor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for surveying and mapping mine developments, ensuring accurate data for operational planning.

The ideal candidate will have an Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying and 1-2 years of experience in a similar field. Strong proficiency in Deswik software packages and excellent organizational skills are essential. As a critical thinker and agile problem-solver, you will contribute to the success of our operations by identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements.

  • Survey and map mine developments, including drill and blast rings, mine heading development, exploration drilling, and raise bore drilling.
  • Provide survey control for all related mining activities.
  • Assist with creating survey plans, including survey instructions, end of month surveys, dig permits, and emergency response plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Advanced Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying

1-2 years of practical experience in a fast-paced underground mining environment

Proficiency in Deswik software packages
