We are seeking a motivated and reliable Facilities Maintenance Associate to join our team in the Wellington area.

About the role:

Job Description
  • As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our stores, including sweeping floors, emptying bins, and collecting trolleys.
  • You will work collaboratively with our store teams to ensure a safe and clean shopping environment for our customers.

Requirements:

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Physical fitness is essential for this role, as it involves physically demanding tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting loads between 5-10kgs.
  • Ability to comfortably handle the physical requirements of the role, ensuring success and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Flexibility to work in different environments, including the shop floor, fridges, freezers, and car parks.
  • Availability to work across Monday-Sunday and shifts starting from 6am or 5pm.
  • A good eye for cleanliness and small details.
