Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring data accuracy, consistency and integrity through mapping, cleansing, monitoring and process improvements.

This role will support the implementation of data quality initiatives and ongoing business-as-usual data operations by:

  • Developing source-to-target mappings, cleansing and de-duplicating datasets, validating data fields and formats, and assisting with test migrations and reconciliation activities.
  • Identifying and resolving data issues in collaboration with business units, contributing to post-migration quality assurance, and helping document data definitions, mapping rules, and validation processes.
  • Ensuring consistent, high-quality data capture, maintenance, and analysis across business units by monitoring data accuracy, cleansing records, upholding local data standards, and supporting system updates.
  • Supporting performance and operational reporting through data wrangling, collaborating on dashboard development, and contributing to the generation of internal data insights.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • A relevant degree or qualification, or substantial experience in a data, systems or analytics role.
  • Incredible attention to detail, an ability to manage time effectively, and excellent communication skills.
  • An advanced understanding and ability as an IT user.
  • Proven experience with CRM systems and a strong knowledge of data management tools.
