Chaplaincy Leader

About the Role

The Chaplain will be a key member of the AnglicareSA team, providing spiritual care and support to individuals and teams across various services.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships of trust and connection with individuals and teams through regular site visits.
• Provide respectful listening and warm engagement, utilizing well-developed communication skills to offer pastoral care and support.
• Work with diverse individuals and groups, fostering a sense of community and connection.
• Collaborate with the Chaplaincy Team to develop and implement workplace spirituality initiatives.
• Eligible for licensing in the Diocese of Adelaide, this role is open to suitably qualified lay persons or members of the clergy.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with diverse individuals and groups.
• Capacity to provide pastoral care and support.
• Eligibility for licensing in the Diocese of Adelaide.
