About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our team at SafetyCulture. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable and efficient software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop complex software features using a range of technologies, including React.js, Go, and AWS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Own the delivery of high-quality software solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers.
  • Contribute to the development of our technology stack, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, helping them to grow and develop their skills.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in fullstack development, with a strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems, such as Git.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, including AWS and Kubernetes.
