Are you a skilled Cardiac Sonographer looking to expand your knowledge in a public hospital setting?

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cardiac Technologist to join our team at Calvary Mater Newcastle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Echocardiograms on inpatients and outpatients
  • Provide preliminary reports on studies
  • Compile interim reports for Cardiologist review

Requirements:

  • Diploma of Medical Ultrasound (Cardiac) or equivalent
  • Current ASAR accreditation as a fully qualified sonographer
  • Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills

What We Offer:

  • Permanent Part-Time, 32 hours per week
  • Salary Classification: Cardiac Technologist Grade 2 Year 1-3
  • Remuneration: $49.50 – 54.77 per hour + superannuation + annual leave loading + salary packaging options
