Role Overview

The NDIS Allied Health Team at Life-span Community & Disability Services Co is seeking a skilled Therapy Specialist to join our team of 63+ Psychologists, BSPs, OTs, Physios & Speechies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to design, implement, and evaluate therapy plans for clients.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to provide high-quality services and support clients in overcoming personal, social, and economic barriers.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • AHPRA Accredited Provisional Psychologists, AASW Accredited Social Workers, or NDIS Accredited CORE BSPs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
