As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality tender documents and marketing collateral that showcase our business values and branding.

The Proposals Coordinator plays a critical role in developing engaging content that demonstrates creativity, flair, and strong graphic design skills. Your keen interest in writing bespoke response documents with an emphasis on key messages and win themes will help drive business objectives forward.

This dynamic role allows you to demonstrate your creative prowess through the development of various publications for internal and external use. You will work closely with our Tendering and Marketing teams to develop marketing collateral that supports tenders, operations, and trade events, as well as create processes and templates to improve content delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Document creation, editing, proofreading, and formatting according to our standards
  2. Ensuring strong brand awareness in proposal documents
  3. Implementing style guides, visuals, and templates for high-quality proposals
  4. Providing administrative support to the Tendering and Marketing departments as required
  5. Maintaining confidentiality with respect to company and client information
  6. SharePoint document management
Essential Criteria and Skills:
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role with a strong focus on tender preparation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to generate creative ideas and transfer them to persuasive written material
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
  • Tender and marketing support exposure within a contracting organization
  • Ability to operate under pressure in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment requiring critical decision making and ownership
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
