At Truckmech Diesel Repairs, we are looking for a skilled and experienced Diesel Mechanic to join our team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough diagnostic testing to identify issues accurately
- Perform routine service and repair work on various vehicle types
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard
- Complete job cards and report work status to our Head Technician
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, storing tools and spare parts properly
- Hold a minimum of cert III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology
- Experience with engine rebuilds, clutches & gearboxes is advantageous
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Familiarity with European, American, and Japanese truck layouts
- Ability to work effectively within a team and autonomously
- Hold a driver's license
- Reliable punctuality and time management skills

We are a locally owned business operating for 8 years based in South Australia. Our specialist services include maintenance and repairs of Volvo and Mack trucks, as well as trailers and earthmoving equipment.
