Health Services Manager Position Summary

This is a dynamic and challenging role for an experienced Health Services Manager to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing administration assistance to the Enhanced Community Palliative Care and Heart Lung Chronic Care teams.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational, time management and planning skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and complete several tasks concurrently while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

A key aspect of this role is the provision of monitoring and support functions within Integrated Care, including the preparation of reports for Ministry of Health and external stakeholders.

The successful applicant will also ensure that medical record processes and patient information are accurate and up-to-date in CorePAS/CHIME and other computerised hospital information systems.

The service operates Monday-Friday, and work days will be discussed at the time of interview.

About This Role

  • Provide administration assistance to the Enhanced Community Palliative Care and Heart Lung Chronic Care teams.
  • Assist in rostering, recruitment, performance management and other HR functions as required.
  • Provide monitoring and support functions within Integrated Care, including the preparation of reports for Ministry of Health and external stakeholders.
  • E nsure medical record processes and patient information are accurate and up-to-date in CorePAS/CHIME and other computerised hospital information systems.
