Child Development Therapist Position

We are seeking a skilled Child Development Therapist to join our team in supporting children with needs.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in helping children reach their full potential through conducting assessments, developing therapy plans, and delivering therapy in various settings.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with families to set meaningful goals, monitor progress, and celebrate achievements.

- Conduct standardised assessments and develop individualised therapy plans
- Support children with developmental delays and autism spectrum conditions
- Deliver therapy in clinic, home, school, and online settings
- Counsel parents and caregivers to embed therapy into daily routines
- Collaborate with families to set and achieve goals
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology or related field
- Current registration with relevant governing body
- Passion for working with children and families
- Experience in child development assessments and therapy
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
