You will work collaboratively with clients, families, carers, and a multidisciplinary team to achieve identified goals and outcomes within a consultative model.
The successful candidate will have the ability to provide autonomous practice in a supportive environment, with a focus on patient-centered care.

- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Demonstrated recent experience as a Registered Nurse in an environment appropriate to the relevant specialty (Palliative Care)
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and engage with clients/consumers, carers, and the multidisciplinary health care team
- Demonstrated capacity to interact with others in a personable and professional manner
- Demonstrated evidence of the use of critical thinking as it relates to the delivery of evidenced-based nursing care
- Demonstrated understanding and participation in risk management, work health and safety, and quality improvement in the workplace
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, plan, prioritize, negotiate, and organize own work
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively with team members
- Applicants must possess an Australian C-Class driver's license
