Highly Secure Clearance Specialist

We are seeking a Highly Secure Clearance Specialist to lead our team in processing complex security clearances. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our clearance processes.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in government or similar high-security environments and a strong understanding of vetting procedures. A minimum Negative Vetting Level 1 is required, with the opportunity to upgrade to Negative Vetting 2 as needed.
- Process security clearances meticulously, adhering to stringent policies and best practices.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on personal security files to ensure alignment with standard procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to deliver efficient caseload management and execution.
The Highly Secure Clearance Specialist will be responsible for:
- Leading high-performing teams to achieve optimal results.
- Assessing clearance cases with attention to detail and ability to manage complex processes.
- Providing sound, data-driven advice on clearance outcomes.
- Ensuring Quality Assurance, enforcing stringent quality controls on Personal Security Files (PSFs).
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Extensive vetting experience in Government or similar high-security environments.
- A minimum Negative Vetting Level 1, with the opportunity to upgrade to Negative Vetting 2 as required.
- Certificate IV in Government (Personnel Security Vetting).
