Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a range of tasks and duties, ensuring accountability, reliability, and exceptional service delivery.
  • Provide high levels of customer service, acting as a contact point for new and existing clients.
  • Provide administrative support to your team, undertaking fact finds, preparing for client meetings, assisting with implementation and compliance, ad hoc administration duties within the team.
  • Manage communications between stakeholders, both internal and external.
Requirements
  • Working experience in the finance industry (Client Service Officer experience highly considered but not essential).
  • Xplan experience is desirable.
  • A dedication to process improvement.
  • Client focused with aim to provide exceptional service and have a significant impact on the lives of our clients.
  • A desire to learn with a willingness to grow and be mentored.
  • A self-motivated individual who can work both autonomously or collaboratively within a close team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with professional verbal and written etiquette and a positive, friendly attitude.
