Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to join our team as a Store Manager. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in leading and overseeing all aspects of the store, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop the store team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Culture and Client Experience: Cultivate a culture of clientelling, ensuring that every customer receives a personalized and memorable luxury experience.
  • Sales and Business Development: Drive sales and profitability by implementing effective strategies, analyzing performance, and maximizing business opportunities.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee all store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, compliance, and adherence to company procedures.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of retail management experience with a proven track record of success in a senior or flagship store management role, ideally in jewellery.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and a strategic mindset.
  • A passion for developing and motivating teams.
