Job Title: School Support Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of School Support Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing student inquiries, handling absentee reporting, and performing general school office administration duties.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and has strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Managing Student Inquiries: Responding to student inquiries in a timely and efficient manner, providing support and guidance as needed.
  2. Absentee Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of student absences and communicating with parents/guardians as required.
  3. General Administration: Performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining records.

The ideal candidate will have a commitment to customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
