Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Team Management: Motivate and lead a team of educators to create a positive and fun working environment, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Centre Operations: Support the Centre Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, meeting financial targets, and maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children and staff.
- Community Engagement: Create long-lasting connections with the local community, including partnerships with families, and use your marketing flair to strategically increase occupancy of the service.
- Quality and Improvement: Mentor and support the centre to meet and exceed the National Quality Standards, ensuring continuous improvement and excellence in all aspects of our service.
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.
- A current Working with Children's Check.
- Experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in early childhood education and care.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
