Our organization is seeking a skilled administrator to support vulnerable members of the community.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate recording of emergency relief items provided, maintaining personal privacy and following correct procedures, communicating timely and complete tasks, including ordering material aid items and scheduling volunteer rosters, and preparing reports for site coordinators on services and activities.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Record and track emergency relief items provided
- Maintain confidentiality and follow data protection procedures
- Coordinate logistics and scheduling
- Prepare regular reports for management
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Confidence in using computers, Microsoft Office, and web-based database software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
