Lead Retail Professional

As a retail leader, you will be responsible for driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our fast-paced environment.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced retail professional who can effectively manage their time, prioritize tasks, and meet performance goals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, customer feedback, and employee performance.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail or hospitality environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
