Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our tax and business services department, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional accounting, SMSF, audit, and financial planning services to our clients.

Your primary responsibility will be to work closely with our senior partners to deliver high-quality results to our clients. This includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, managing client relationships, and mentoring junior accountants.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Accounting or a related field, with CA or CPA qualification
  • 4+ years of experience in tax or business services within a CA or CPA firm
  • Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax compliance and accounting standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines effectively
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB) and Microsoft Office Suite
