Invoice Processing Role

The primary function of this role involves managing the entire lifecycle of invoice processing, encompassing purchase order requisitions, approval processes and system entries. This ensures accurate cost allocation, compliance with financial policies, and timely vendor payments.

This position is part-time and comes with a 12-month maximum contract term. You will collaborate with team assistants to enhance operational efficiency across the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Verify all requirements for new PO requests and submit them for approval via IPOS.
  • Forward approved PO documents to requestors and ensure correct coding.
  • Direct invoices to appropriate approvers and receive them against POs in IPOS.
  • Perform PO reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Undertake general ad hoc duties related to Purchase Order and Invoicing internally.
Qualifications and Skills:

Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently are essential. Discretion and maturity in handling confidential financial information are also necessary.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and strong analytical skills are highly desirable.

Experience with IPOS or similar invoice processing systems, as well as familiarity with vendor onboarding and contract workflows, would be advantageous.
