Job Description

This is a Full-Time position, working 38 hours per week. The ideal candidate will hold an ACECQA-approved Diploma in Children's Services and have experience as an Educator in an early childhood setting.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and care to children. Your ability to create engaging learning experiences and foster positive relationships with children and families will be highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To plan, implement and evaluate educational programs that cater to the needs of children aged 0-5 years.
  • To maintain accurate records of children's progress and development.
  • To collaborate with other educators to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
  • To communicate effectively with parents and carers through regular reporting and updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • An ACECQA-approved Diploma in Children's Services.
  • Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
  • Proven experience as an Educator in an early childhood setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate.

Our centre features indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest technology and resources, and a variety of activities. We cater to up to 69 children with operating hours from 6:45 am to 6:00 pm.
